Put your place on here
No fee, no commission, no contract, no exclusivity. Enquiries go straight to you. Free forever.
What we need from you
- Photographs — as large as you have them.
- The address, and what it sleeps: guests, bedrooms, bathrooms.
- Your nightly range and your minimum stay.
- A direct booking link — your own site or an email address. Keep your platform listing too if you like; it just cannot be the only way through.
- A few sentences about the place, in your own words.
What we add
The map waypoint, and the walking-distance list — how many minutes on foot to the beach, the pub, the shop, the trailhead. That list is the part guests read twice, and it is the part a listing on a platform never tells them.
What we never do
Take a booking, hold a payment, charge a commission, or stand between you and your guest. There is no dashboard to log into and no contract to get out of. If you want the listing gone, say so and it is gone.
Questions owners ask
- Do I need my own booking link, or can I just link my Airbnb?
- Every listing needs a direct way to reach you — your own website, a booking form, or an email address. You are welcome to keep using Airbnb, VRBO or Booking.com as well; most owners do, and that is simply reality. But a listing here has to give guests a direct option too, so they can book without a platform fee in the middle. A link that only points to your listing on one of those platforms is the one thing we cannot list on its own.
- What does it cost to list?
- Nothing, and it stays that way — free forever. We take no commission and never handle the booking, so there is no fee to charge and nothing added on top of what your guest pays you.
- Can I stay on the big platforms at the same time?
- Yes. Nothing here is exclusive. Keep your place on any platform you like — this is just one more door to your own booking page, the one that does not skim a fee off the top.
